You may have heard that the Theory Test is changing in January 2012. Well, actually it isn’t. All that’s happened is that the Driving Standards Agency has stopped allowing the test questions to be published supposedly because they don’t like the idea of people learning by rote (although, to be honest, I’m not sure how else you’re supposed to learn traffic signs!!).
